Pre-balance existing air-distribution systems; remove indicated HVAC components; furnish and install ductwork, insulation, hangers and supports, 17 air devices, and two new VAV boxes; relocate two existing VAV boxes; and perform final testing and balancing. BMS controls and electrical work by others.
