Renovations to existing ~7,750 SF commercial suite for use as an AutoZone store. Scope includes interior layout changes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing updates, alterations to the exterior storefront, and exterior facade painting. There are no structural alterations, building additions, or site modifications proposed. New signage is shown on plans for reference and coordination, but will be permitted separately and is not in the scope of the current project.
