The Open Hearth is undertaking renovations to the main bathrooms located on the third and fourth floors. The scope of work includes the demolition of existing finishes and wet walls. Based on the initial hazardous materials assessment, no asbestos-containing materials (ACM) were identified in either bathroom; therefore, abatement will not be required. The renovated spaces will include new tile finishes, paint, and drywall ceilings, along with new lighting and plumbing fixtures. Work will also include the installation of new toilet and shower compartments.
