The project consists of 168 stacked townhome dwelling units, along with new at-grade parking, access driveways, landscaped areas, and amenity spaces. An 9-inch PVC sanitary sewer main is proposed along the site drive aisles, with associated 4-inch service laterals to each stacked townhome. The sanitary conveyance network will connect to an existing on-site sanitary manhole located upstream of the the existing on-site JCMUA pump station.
