The project consists of three proposed residential buildings across three lots (Block 10901, Lots 117.01, 117.02 & 117.03) with a total of 18 one-bed, 7 two-bed, and 14 three-bed units. The project also includes 4 affordable dwelling units (2 one-bed, 1 two-bed, and 1 three-bed). The Applicant is requesting three proposed connections (one per lot/building) to the 24" combined sewer in 3rd Street to be reconstructed as part of the project.
