The proposed project consists of the construction of one 47-story mixed-use building containing 1,049 dwelling units, 2,392 SF of retail space and 26 hotel units. To convey effluent sanitary flows from the proposed 47-story building, one 16 LF 15” SDR-35 PVC and one 48 LF 12” SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer lateral will be used to convey sewage to the existing sewer line within Central Avenue and Newark Avenue.
