The proposed project is a tenant fit out for a storefront space to create a new children’s indoor play space. The alteration work will take place on the interior, reconfiguring the first floor to create three event rooms and an area with play structures and restrooms. The HVAC, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems will be updated. The building is a one-story masonry and steel commercial structure. No change in egress is proposed under this application. There is no site work. The signage for the storefront will be filed separately.
