Remove & replace siding 25 sq's with new CertainTeed Monogram 4" vinyl siding on whole house, excluding detached garage. Install 1/2" shiplapped polystyrene insulation, custom aluminum trim on fascia boards, rake boards, windows, doors, garage doors, and frieze boards, including build-out of windows and doors. Install InvisiVent soffit, corner posts, and vinyl mounting blocks for exterior fixtures. REFER TO: BLDR--2607-000695. Department Comments: This is not a substantial improvement.
