30x30 temp tent for food Fire Marshal Notes: - All work shall comply with the 2022 CT State Fire Safety Code, the 2022 CSBC all its current amendments and all its referenced documents. - Installation, work, materials and layout shall comply with the Chapter 31 of the 2021 International Fire Code, the Connecticut State Fire Safety Code, the Ct State Fire Prevention Code, their current amendments, their referenced documents. - Tent shall be minimum 10 feet from other tents, other cooking operations, vehicles and combustibles. - (1) 2A:10BC and a (1) Class K extinguisher required. - Means of egress shall have suitable exit indicating signs. - NO SMOKING signs shall be posted - No flammable liquids or gases (this includes LP gas) shall be brought into any tent. Propane tanks shall be 10 feet from the tent and properly secured with accessible shutoffs. Final Inspection and Approval required by the Fire Marshal and Building Official for the issuance of a CO prior to use in part or total occupancy per CGS Section 29 – 265.
