We would like to add a pool house adjacent to our pool. It will be an 18x12 structure with an additional 8-foot overhang. 18x12 cabana/pool bar. It will have neither a bathroom nor a sink (i.e. no running water). The bar area will be 10x12, and the changing room will be unfinished and 8x12. HEALTH COMMENTS: APPROVAL FOR POOL HOUSE. NO PLUMBING OR HEATING ALLOWED. THE POOL HOUSE MEETS THE MINIMUM 10 FT SEPARATION DISTANCE TO THE SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA. THE POOL HOUSE DOES NOT REDUCE THE POTENTIAL REPAIR AREA OF THE SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA.
