Permit for ADU Construction HEALTH DEPARTMENT COMMENTS: The Engineer Plan by Juliano and Assoc. dated 10.07.2025 and revised on 04.10.2026 is approved for a 2 bedroom accessory dwelling unit. Any changes to the plan will need to be reviewed by the Health Department. The old existing well will need to be properly abandoned by a licensed well driller.
