*the proposed project consists of the complete removal and disposal of the existing deck, including all framing, decking, railings, stairs, and screened porch components, totaling approximately 410 square feet. A new 26 foot by 19 foot composite deck with a total area of 494 square feet will be constructed, resulting in an increase of approximately 84 square feet.
