Propose construction of two dormitory buildings (10,546 sq ft each) for boarding students and day students along with associated site improvements and utility infrastructure. Total student population is not anticipated to change, however, there may be a slight shift in balance from day students to boarding students. Work includes demolition or modification on existing site improvements such as parking areas, walkways, a softball field and site utilities.
