Replace existing 417 SF wall sign on east elevation with new 8.5' x 13.083' (111.2 SF) internally illuminated wall sign. Replace existing 110 SF wall sign on west elevation with new 3' x 22.667' (68 SF) internally illuminated wall sign. Replace existing 24 SF wall sign on south elevation with new 1.5625' x 12.3541' (19.3 SF) internally illuminated wall sign. Replace existing sign on gas canopy with new 2.667' x 8.25' (22 SF) internally illuminated sign. Reface only existing 3.25' x 6' (19.5 SF) double-sided tenant panel in the existing ground sign. Make final hardwire connections to existing power sources within 6' of each illuminated sign.
