BOOT BARN TENANT FIT OUT ELECTRICAL WORK Furnishing and installing (1) 15KVA floor mounted transformer, (1) 50A panel and associated conduit and feeders per the riser diagram, Furnishing and installing new circuit breakers in the existing panels were noted. we are assuming Siemens stab in breakers rated at 10k AIC, Installing light fixtures supplied by owner. Light Fixtures will be wired in MC cable and supported using 1/4 inch threaded rod and Unistrut. Threaded rod will be fastened to building steel or the decking using Sammy anchors, Furnishing and installing lighting controls as shown on the drawings, Installing branch power and devices. Branch power will be wired in MC cable from the panel, Installing tele/data back boxes and EMT conduit stub ups with a pull string, Installing (3) continuous 1 inch EMT conduits from the Cashwrap to the tele/data demark, Installing line voltage to the existing RTUs. We will furnish and install new circuit breakers in the existing panel. We assume the existing disconnects and service outlets are suitable for reuse, Installing security back boxes and EMT conduit stub ups with a pull string, Installing fire alarm back boxes and EMT conduit stub ups above the ceiling with a pull string, 120V temporary power and lighting for the job site. We will utilize existing circuits to feed temp.
