Installation of one single-sided, wall-mounted business identification sign on the front (Boston Post Road-facing) exterior wall. Sign measures thirty inches in height by eighty-four inches in width (seventeen and one-half square feet), fabricated aluminum cabinet with one-quarter-inch ACM faux-wood face and one-quarter-inch stud-mounted brushed aluminum letters and logo, projecting three inches from the wall. Mounted to two-by-four stud framing behind vinyl siding using two-inch by two-inch aluminum angle with eight three-eighths-inch by three-inch lag screws. Externally illuminated by three gooseneck down-light fixtures (no internal illumination). Non-electronic, non-changeable copy.
