Siding - Removal and disposal of existing cedar siding. Installation of Tyvek house wrap, 3/8 fanfold insulation, and Gentek sequoia vinyl siding for approximately 2400 square feet. Removing and re-installing existing gutters. Replacement of fascia boards (as needed) and installation of new vinyl soffit. Windows - Replacement of 4 existing windows and the addition of 2 windows. Three windows are located in the dining room and three are located in the living room. The windows will be United Windows series 5900 brickmould new construction, 34.25 x 68.5 (R/O), double hung with bottom half being tempered glass. Framing details provided in attachment.
