Revision to previously approved permits (B-25-1074, B-25-689, B-25-573) to modify the interior layout by relocating the upstairs bathroom from its originally proposed location and converting it from a half bathroom to a full bathroom within an existing upstairs bedroom/side room. New full bathroom to include toilet, vanity, and shower/tub, with associated plumbing, electrical, and ventilation work. No structural changes or modifications to the building footprint.
