RENEWAL OF PERMIT # P25-2222 FOR Per final site plan approved by Planning Board on 1/3/25: 130 campsites, along with various other typical modern campground amenities. The amenities include, but are not limited to, roadway improvements, an entrance gate, pavilion, playground, recreation areas, and wading pool. *Quarterly report (based on an annual calendar year) to be provided to the Building Department showing the occupancy status of each campsite, and an annual report showing the final occupancy status of each campsite for the prior calendar year. Report shall include campsite map. Report shall meet the requirements of 164-49.2 V (2) & (3). *Renewal application shall be filed with the Building Department not more than 60 days prior to the expiration of the twelve-month permit.
