Installation of 18.5' x 20' detached garage with 10 foot high, steel framed structure to existing 19 foot 4 inch wide by 23 foot 8 inch deep by 5 inch thick concrete pad. The pad is located within existing fenceline and edge of slab is approximately 10' from the property line. The building will have a 9 foot tall by 10 foot wide garage door opening toward the center of the property, as well as a window on each side, as well as a regular sized person door on the side facing the house.
