****DAVE IS WORKING ON THIS**** Mechanical Work Description: Install one (1) new high-efficiency attic-mounted propane-fired power-vented forced-air furnace with matched evaporator coil and outdoor condensing unit to serve the new addition. Furnish and install complete insulated supply and return duct system, refrigerant piping, condensate drain with overflow protection, PVC combustion air intake and exhaust venting, gas piping, thermostat and low-voltage controls. Perform nitrogen pressure test, system evacuation, refrigerant charging, startup, airflow balancing, and commissioning. All work to comply with the 2022 Connecticut State Building, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, and Energy Codes, manufacturer's installation instructions.
