****MARGARET IS WORKING ON THIS**** ********Need Mechanical permit for replacement of hydronic boiler, and piping from it to 1st and 2nd floor hydro air handlers, and removal of existing 1st floor hydronic baseboards. Or, could add to existing plumbing permit if it is done by the same contractor.******* Install new AC system with new duct work for newly added 2nd floor using the following equipment: Carrier Performance 3 Ton 18 SEER 2 stage AC condenser (model # 26TPA836W003) and First company 3 Ton hydro air handler (model # 36HBXB-HW). Also adding a cased hot water hydrocoil (model # CCWC17621-2) to the existing 1st floor air handler in the basement. Hydro air heat piping from boiler to air handlers by others.
