***MIKE IS WORKING ON THIS**** Install a new 400-amp overhead meter socket on the front building. Install a 400-amp automatic transfer switch (ATS) adjacent to the meter socket. The ATS will be fed from a 60?kW Generac generator supplied by the customer. Form and pour a concrete generator pad, sized per manufacturer specifications. Install three conduits from the pad up to the ATS location on the building. The ATS will feed two 200-amp disconnects inside the building. One disconnect will feed a new 200-amp panel. The second disconnect will feed the existing panel. Install new grounding electrode system, including ground rods per code. CRS# C/A fee included
