Establishment of a nonprofit 501c professional office under the name of Black Heron Arts Inc., for the infrequent gathering of artists (musical and literary) that will convene for work sessions/ retreats of less than 10 people per session, meeting 4-5 times per year for charitable and educational purposes to promote the performing arts in Connecticut, to be established under the Special Exception Approval from ZBA.
