Complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system in accordance with current building codes and manufacturer specifications. Work includes tear-off of all existing layers, installation of new ice & water shield (IRC R905.1.2), synthetic underlayment, drip edge (IRC R905.2.8.5), starter strip, and architectural shingles. All penetrations will be properly flashed and sealed per IRC R903.2, and ridge ventilation will be installed to meet minimum attic ventilation requirements (IRC R806). All materials and installation methods comply with local building department regulations and 2021 International Residential Code (IRC) standards.
