Remove existing shingles from entire roof covering Inspect all plywood for rot or deterioration Install Owens Corning Rhino ice and water shield on the entire roof covering Install f8 style drip edge and starter course shingles along the entire roof perimeter Inspect and replace all wall flashings as necessary. Replace vent pipe flashings with new flashing boots Install new lead chimney flashing around both of the chimneys Install Owens Corning pro edge ridge cap shingles at the roof peaks Install Owens Corning Duration 50 year architectural shingles- 20 squares Install shingles per manufacturer specs Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. Progress pictures are to be submitted to permit portal before final inspection.
