This is a water loss caused by the washer machine water line. In the first floor dining room, replacing 105.78 SF of R15 insulation and drywall on the walls. Below this drywall replacement, replacing 6 feet of cabinets under the window. In the dining room ceiling replacing 134.67 SF of R30 insulation and 5/8 inch drywall. In the entryway, replacement of 51.96 SF of 5/8 inch drywall on the ceiling. On the second floor, replacing 25.31 SF of 3/4 inch subfloor, 44 SF of 1/2 in drywall on the walls and 31.39 SF 5/8 inch on the ceiling. Install R21 in the 2x6 ceiling rafters and R15 in the walls. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved.
