Tent installation will consist of an L-shaped structure using three 20x40 tents and four 20x20 fully joined together, totaling approximately 4,000 sq.ft .the structure will be secured with thirty-four (34) 450 lb. water barrels for a total ballast weight of 15,300 lbs. Installation will take place on June 10 and breakdown on June 13. Setup includes 400 chairs, 65 tables, bistro Lights and side walls. Exit and Not Flame/No Smoking signs will be displayed inside the tent. Extinguishers will be available inside the tent. * New design 06/01/2026* No cooking or electrical will be under the tents. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. This is approved with no electrical or cooking to be conducted under/near the tents. 2. Inspection is required prior to use.
