The Ethel Walker School is undertaking a renovation to The Ferguson Theatre, to update the building finishes and add Air Conditioning. An initial partial release of the permit has been discussed regarding demolition only. Your revisions to the previously submitted building plans have been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code.
