KITCHEN: Remove all cabinets in kitchen Convert 2 light fixtures into 4 recessed lights Add wiring for new under cabinet low voltage lighting Install new tile floor and new cabinets/countertop (exact same layout as original) MASTER BATHROOM: Remove 3 foot x 5 foot soaking tub and convert to tile shower (with tile base) Install new shower valve and slightly adjust drain location to be centered on new Add fanlight in new shower area Cap and delete 3 foot by 3 foot shower and convert to a linen closet Decorative framing, arch facade in front of new shower Remove toilet and install new toilet with new supply (same location) Remove Vanity and install new vanity,countertop,sink and faucet (same location) Install new tile floor GUEST BATHROOM: Remove fiberglass walls on tub (do not disturb tub or valve) Install tile 3 on walls above tub Remove toilet and install new toilet with existing supply (same location) Remove Vanity and install new vanity,countertop,sink and faucet (same location) Add 1-2 recessed lights in ceiling Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code.
