Building B- Roof mounted PV system consisting of 2 inverters and 256 modules. System size will be 100kWAC/137.44kWDC Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with 2021 International Fire Code part of the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work has been approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1. NO STRUCTURAL UPGRADE IS REQUIRED- on the existing structure for installation of the array(s) as proposed, per provided engineer’s evaluation. 2. Roof access and pathways are to be provided per ’21 IFC section 1205.3 of the ’22 CT State Building Code. 3. Work shall be installed in accordance to approved plans. Any changes during construction that not in compliance with approved drawings will require an amended set to be submitted for review/ approval. IBC 107.4 Zoning approval based on the following: 1. A final zoning inspection is required once the units are installed. 2. No changes to size or location can be made without zoning approval.
