Construction of a 24x40 mountain pond inground pool with an electric heat pump and a 4' self-closing/latching safety fence. A cover installed will be an ASTM F1346 Automatic Pool Cover. Your application for a Building Permit has been reviewed for compliance with the 2022 State of Connecticut Building Code. The permit for the proposed work is approved. All work is subjected to field inspections. Comments below are to be reviewed and followed. 1.
