Construct a 351 sq. ft.' addition to East end of existing dwelling to include one bedroom, one bathroom, a construct a 175 sq. ft.' covered front porch on front of dwelling and new siding as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: As per SCDH approval R-25-1743 for max of 4 bedrooms total. Blower door duct blast test results, septic registry, original electrical underwriter certificate and final green stamped SCBH survey must be submitted showing all new improvements with setbacks marked prior to issuance of CO.
