Construct an in-ground Gunite pool approx. 18' x 45' with a vanishing edge and an 8' x 8' spa as shown on survey submitted. Special Conditions: No materials or equipment to be allowed in regulated areas & silt fencing must be installed & remain in place at 100'. Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinances & conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation & remain in place until final fencing is installed within ninety (90) days. Any windows within pool enclosure to have sash limiters. Any exterior doors within pool enclosure must have UL2017 approved alarms. Water receipt, updated final survey showing all improvements including drywell location, pool location etc. with setbacks marked & original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Must meet all the requirements of the current 2020 NY State Residential Pool Code Section R-326 prior to issuance of CO. Separate permit required for any patio/decking. Contractor: Binder Pools
