Fence - new construction/new installation; New side yard fence; installation of 1" x 6" rough cut hemlock fence with 4 ft. x 4ft. pressure treated posts set +/- 3 ft. of concrete; side yard fence line will be measure 6 ft. high and then drop to 4 ft. high nearing the front corner by Oak St. but will not cut across the front plane of the existing house; this new fence line will replace old broken fence currently between 16 Oak and 18 Oak;
