Front yard Fence Cannot Exceed 4’ in Height. Rear yard Fence cannot exceed 6 ½’ in Height. All work must be done by licensed and insured contractors. Any digging or excavating must have mark outs and Call 811 must be done. Any and all construction debris must be removed appropriately. Final Inspection is required.
