(All American Plumbing) Install all UG sanitary drain, FOG drain and storm drainage piping. All piping is to be schedule 40 PVC. Piping includes all floor clean outs and floor drains. Install all AG storm drainage piping to roof drains. Provide & install 4 roof drains and 4 secondary roof drains. Provide & install two backflow preventers. One location on 2" cold water main. Second location is on 3/4" feed line for irrigation system. Install cold water mains to 5 tenant locations. All piping will end in tenant space with a shut off valve and cap. Provide & install 4 wall hydrants. Provide & install 1 roof hydrant
