(Primus Const) Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation. Kitchen remodel will consist of demolition of existing cabinets, tile floor. Install new hardwood flooring and new cabinets. Plumbing will remain the same. Electrical will be adding some lighting fixtures. Also will be removing one non-bearing wall & opening load bearing wall 5 1/2', and post. Bathroom layout will remain the same. Demo existing bathroom and install new tile floor, shower tile, vanity & toilet. Electrical layout will remain the same, just replace fixtures.
