The furnace will be installed in the basement and will be vented with PVC through the side of the house. The heat pump will be installed on the outside of the house and will be set on a pad with a snow stand. Anew Ecobee WiFI and smartphone capable thermostat will be installed. A new Aprilair filter system will be installed for better indoor air quality and air flow. Price includes all material, labor and low voltage wiring. Second Floor: Installation of a new American Standard Quest heat pump system to serve the second floor. The heat pump will be installed on the outside of the house and will be set on a pad with a snow stand. The air handler will be installed in the second floor knee wall space as discussed. A new Ecobee WiFI and smartphone capable thermostat will be installed. A new Aprilair filter system will be installed for better indoor air quality and air flow.
