(Nor'East Ext) Siding replacement, window replacement, front porch/overhang replacement. Siding: Remove and dispose of all existing siding, install housewrap, seam tape, insulation profold, starter, j-channel, corner posts, and cedar impression vinyl siding panels. Windows: Remove and dispose of 18 windows (17 DH, 1 bay), repair framing as needed, install flashing to exterior, and install new construction white vinyl windows with integrated J-channel. Porch/Overhang: Frame an overhang above the front door to cover the porch (approximately 12'x6'). Install 2 support posts, install plywood to the roof and finish with asphalt shingle roofing. Clad overhang with PVC. Replace the existing front porch with composite decking, construct a new PT frame, including ledger board, joists, skirting, footings, and stringers, Finish with composite deck boards and PVC risers.
