(Optimum Home Imp) Converting 2 sunrooms within the existing house into an apartment for my father-in-law and part of the space will be a sitting/living room for the main part of the house. The in-law apartment will have a small kitchen, living room, bedroom, walk-in closet, and full bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink). There will be 2 means of egress from the in-law apartment, 1 on the side of the house and 1 in the rear. This conversion will all be contained within the existing footprint of the structure.
