(Owner/Applicant) Prepare site for future installation of a prefabricated pool house structure. Install new UG sanitary sewer line from the proposed pool house to the existing septic system. Install new UG domestic water service line from the residence to the proposed pool house. Install UG electrical conduits from the residence to the proposed pool house for future electrical service. Perform all necessary excavation, trenching, bedding, backfilling, and restoration associated with utility installations. Construct pool house foundation/footings in accordance with approved plans and local building requirements.
