(Connelly Bldg) Construct new spaces within the existing office area. There will be now work done to the exterior of the building. This shall include two offices, one computer room, and an open reception area. Two bathrooms will be created in the open space that exists currently. These shall each have a shower room for employee use. A current office space shall be made into a break room with cabinets, sink, and a small refrigerator for employee use. In the warehouse an elevated landing shall be built as egress from the current office with a staircase down to the warehouse floor. NOTE: First Floor Handicapped Bathroom Required.
