Renovation of a three story/three family full gut; plumbing, electrical, & sprinkler permit required. Approved by Q. Inman, 3/16/26 in the basement , the main structural beam will be removed along with the existing column. new lvl beam to be installed in the same location. along with two lally columns and concrete footings. detail 4/a20 was added depicting treatment of the beam ends when they are installed in beam pockets. approved by larry
