Customer and wife Suzanne are OCD about the house and their lawn, use drop clothes were needed and don't leave scrap in yard Recommending replacing second floor system first New lineset for that system and the new vinyl linehide will like be the most difficult so best to knock it out first Old lineset run via gutter and painted over so I told him some paint will peel but we will be careful Lineset runs out in via soffit so need soffit inlet Existing second floor ahu is 40 long x 14 high, new Mits ahu is 40 long x 17.5 high New low profile pan and drain switch, adding Mits wi-fi adapter too For the 8x10 duct that runs across the front of attic we are removing the 7 flex at very end near end cap and re-installing same duct to the right of the other bedroom duct and patching/sealing the hole to allow both ducts to build up more pressure from end cap For the 8x10 duct that runs across the front of attic we are removing the 7 flex at very end near end cap and re-installing same duct to the right of the other bedroom duct and patching/sealing the hole to allow both ducts to build up more pressure from end cap Remove existing Nest in second floor hallway and install new Mits thermostat in same location First Floor Existing ahu is 40 high x 14 wide, new ahu is 43.75 high x 21 wide, need new coffin box Add Mits wi-fi adapter Replace condensate pump Install new Mits thermostat in living room (to left when you walk in, brighter room) and to left of fireplace. You'll see a return on the ground. Wife doesn't want to see it. May be best to remove AC from existing Nest which is in dining room to the right of entry but not sure that matters. That t-stat will stay for heating only We are adding a supply duct to an existing 4x12 floor register which is on the living room floor near the front window. Floor register is in place, but a duct was never run to it. You will see in the basement where it is there is a 8x12 trunk about 8-10 away you can run it off Replace lineset out to unit
