You'll see a return on the ground. Wife doesn't want to see it. May be best to remove AC from existing Nest which is in dining room to the right of entry but not sure that matters. That t-stat will stay for heating only We are adding a supply duct to an existing 4x12 floor register which is on the living room floor near the front window. Floor register is in place, but a duct was never run to it. You will see in the basement where it is there is a 8x12 trunk about 8-10 away you can run it off Replace lineset out to unit
