900 CHAPEL ST

Replacement of 13,800 transformer on the 5th floor of the tower. All high voltage work to be done by high voltage contractor and supervised by Sunderland Electric. Once new transformer is installed Sunderland Electric will tie in the existing feeds from the old transformer to the panel located on the 4th floor and test once power to the transformer is restored. Once power is confirmed existing equipment will be rerouted back to the newly energized panel.
