Complete like-for-like exterior siding replacement on the existing residential dwelling and detached garage. Remove and replace approximately 2,892.50 square feet of existing vinyl siding on all four elevations of the main dwelling and approximately 607.90 square feet of existing vinyl siding on all four elevations of the detached garage. Remove and replace approximately 172.90 square feet of 1-inch rigid foam insulation board at the rear garage elevation and approximately 10 linear feet of 4-inch metal fascia at the front garage elevation. Provide dumpster, debris removal, and complete final jobsite cleanup. No structural alterations or changes to the existing building footprint, height, roofline, use, or occupancy are proposed.
