Adding a full bathroom on the second floor, the room is about 65 sq ft. there is an existing laundry room and it is intended to still function as such, just adding an accessory bathroom. There is not an structural bearing wall to be affected, the square footage of the room will remain the same, no alteration intended. The room will have to be striped to bare wood to make sure of the optimal functionality of the premises. The existing room below is another bathroom which wont be affected thru the process.
