This is a limited-scope, enabling project for SCL-7 and SCL-8c/15 (Sterling Chemistry Lab) to provide shell space for future fit outs when new professors are hired of approximately 5,000 SF. The intent of the project is to demo existing MEPs and equipment, and provide required baseline MEP infrastructure to make spaces ready for rapid fitout and turnover when specific needs are identified by the new professors, on the 1st floor and a small area on the 2nd floor. Maintain all required fire separations. Provide new 2hour shaft wall assembly supported by 2 hour construction. Reviewed for code compliance as per Sects. 107.3.1 and 105.4 CSBC. C/A
