This project is demolition only of an existing suite in the LLCI and LMP Buildings at Yale University. This is the demolition package for an upcoming MRI project at the University in order to expose any possible unforeseen conditions to help design the new space. All interior finishes are being removed with MEP infrastructure to remain. Electrical and plumbing items in walls will be removed. Temporary utilities and fire protection will be maintained. LLCI B 127 with work in LMP as well. Reviewed for code compliance as per Sects. 107.3.1 and 105.4 CSBC. Protect public as per Chap. 33 CSBC. C/A.
